Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Frontlines Real Estate (“Frontlines”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit frontlineinv.com or contact us through it. We handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us

When you send an inquiry through our website, we collect:

• your name and phone or WhatsApp number;
• your email address, if you provide it;
• what you're interested in (buying, selling, investing or renting), your preferred area and budget;
• anything you write in the message field.

We also keep a record of calls, WhatsApp chats and emails you have with our advisors, so we can follow up on your request.

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally: it records aggregated data such as the page visited, the referring website, your country, and your browser and device type. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• to respond to your inquiry and call or message you back;
• to recommend properties and arrange viewings that match what you asked for;
• to support you through a purchase, sale or rental you choose to go ahead with;
• to protect the site against spam and abuse;
• to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We process your inquiry on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send the form, and to take the steps you ask us to take. We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only as far as needed to help you:

• Service providers that run the site and deliver your inquiry to us: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery) and our email provider. They process data only on our instructions.
• Developers and property owners, only when you ask us to arrange a viewing, reserve a unit or proceed with a transaction, and only the details they need.
• WhatsApp (operated by Meta), if you choose to contact us there. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by its own privacy policy.
• Authorities, where Egyptian law requires us to.

Some of these providers store data outside Egypt. Where that happens, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it, in line with the Law.

Third-party content

Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and our pages link to Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. When you load the map or follow these links, those services may collect data, including through their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we're helping you, and for up to two years after our last contact so we can pick up where we left off. If you go ahead with a transaction, we keep the records Egyptian law requires for as long as it requires. After that, we delete or anonymise your data.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you can:

• ask whether we hold personal data about you, and get a copy of it;
• ask us to correct, update or delete it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it;
• object to or ask us to restrict how we process it;
• be told if a breach affects your personal data.

To use any of these rights, email operations@frontlineinv.com. We'll reply as soon as we can and within the time the Law sets. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to inquiries is limited to the people at Frontlines who need it to help you. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we'll highlight it on the site.
